WTF!

3-year-old child boy was killed by a cruel n terrific attack!

61-year-old dad played with his 3-year-old son outside the wet market. How sweet the picture was!
But then a guy suspect, who is believed to be mentally ill, chopped the kid's head then the father's body with a 10-inch-long-chopper!
All passers-by were scared n panic, yet they didnt know how to stop this tradegy untill they witnessed half of the chopper was entirely inserted into the kid's head.
Poor kid was chopped n slashed in the head, hands n legs.
Father started to protect n defense for the bleeding son, passers-by then tried to make the suspect drop off the chopper.
Eventually, the suspect was subdued by the patrolling police officer.

WHO should be taking this responsibility? WHERE should we take our kids for the family day?Should the govnt release mentally ill people from the hospital?
Dont tell me this is only the accident n things juz happen. I strongly believe everything happens for reasons.
61-year-old guy with a juz 3-year old son, is it normal? Where's his wife/ son's mother?
Who is the doctor of the mentally psycho? Doesnt he know his situation from the regular check?What did he check!?
Why was the psycho alone? without parental / special care?

Can you imagine how it is if you see you 're kids are chopped ?
